I popped by the NLB recently looking for recipes for bread. Guess what I ended up borrowing instead. The Cheesecake Bible. I think my Cheesecake craving had just been triggered off. I wanted to see how many types of Cheesecake I can make or how many varieties there are. I took a few hours in the library flipping through recipes and decided to borrow this recipe book. The book has some nicely taken cheesecake images and many different cheesecakes to be found, including savoury ones.
I also borrowed some muffin books because my kids love muffins. There are so many nice recipes in these books too! Guess what my next few weeks of recipes are gonna cover!

Wow, this 2 books sure got a lot of hidden treasure in it. Try out the recipe and share it with me ya. Especially the muffins, I failed to get any nice recipe book here.
I sure hope you enjoy my cheesecake book.. If you like muffins you should try my The Complete Baking Cookbook that I wrote last year.

TinTin - oh yes, i just bought more cheese. Gonna try a recipe from the Cheese Cake Bible probably this Fri or Sat. They all look so good.. I cannot decide which one to start first!
