After finding out from my online buddy SueSue how cheap it is to fry Arrowroot chips at home, I decided to buy some on Saturday and fry some. At first, I had no idea what the Arrowroot looks like apart from the ready fried ones, she showed me the picture of the bulbs. I thought they looked a little like garlic bulbs. I bought about 14 bulbs and I got more than a container already. How much it cost me? $2 only! Did you know that the ones on sale for Chinese New Year cost S$10 per container? These chips are really addictive!

Oh plse post photo of the arrowroot bulb. I have been wanting to buy some to make my own chips, but dont know what it looks like . so duh, huh?
